Will you install lights that I already have?
Unfortunately, no. The lights we use are all commercial grade LEDs. Typically, lights bought from big box stores are not of the same quality as ours. We cannot guarantee their durability and if any damage were to arise it would not be covered under our insurance company.
How much does a residential light display cost?
Christmas lights for your typical home can range anywhere from $500 to $1500 depending on the amount of lights you want, the pitch of your roof, height demands and amount of crewmembers or equipment needed to hang your lights. We work hard to make sure you stay within your budget and to make sure you're happy with the outcome no matter what that budget is.
What all does my estimate include?
Once we meet with you and come up with a design for your home you will be sent an estimate. First year customers will have to incur the cost of the materials as well as our labor to build and install your display. Following years is just the labor to come back out and reinstall.
When will my lights be installed?
Every year we start hanging lights November 1st. Our projects are broken down into weekly timeslots. This allows us some leeway depending on weather and the schedules of off duty firemen. We will notify you of your specific date typically 1 week prior. Our goal is to have all projects completed by December 1st.
Who stores my lights?
We ask that you store your lights at your home. You paid for them therefore we feel you should keep them throughout the year. This helps to keep our cost low as well as guarantees that your custom lights stay your lights. Also, if you were to ever move you have commerical grade lights that can be reused on your new home!
